After my car was hit by a driver that either fell asleep or said he was reaching for something they took care of us. First the insurance gave us a car that wouldn't fit all four of our kids. I called Enterprise they contacted the company got us an up grade. Then the Explorer we got had transmission problems. Enterprise came out and replaced it with a Dodge Darango. They were polite and made sure everything worked out just great. That part of the wreck was the easiest. Would recommend in a heart beat.
