This particular store has the best customer service I've ever found! The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgable. Specialty items are no sweat and if you're looking for something in particular or aren't sure if you need a certain product they can help!
Sherwin Williams is known for their high quality don't be frightened by high prices. They often have in store specials or regular sales that can easily compensate for the slightly higher pricing in comparison to big chain home improvement stores. You also get a much more knowledgable staff to answer your questions and easily create special colors and matches for the job you need.
The only drawback I had was their slightly less than convenient hours, but they were open on Saturday to help out a little!
