I went in to get my son's artwork framed for gifts. $25 per frame seemed high, I think I could get frames cheaper at IKEA. Matting seemed expensive too. The worker measured the custom matting wrong (luckily, I caught it) and she forgot to give me credit for a coupon. On the plus side, they were on the ball about correcting it.
