Pasta Too has the finest Italian food in Pittsburgh. The chicken parmesan is easily the best I have ever tasted, and the baked ziti, zucchini parmesan, gnocchi, and Sicilian pizza are also outstanding. The olive oil dipping sauce that comes with the bread basket is delicious. It is a very affordable and the portions are so large, I typically have enough leftover for two leftover dinners. The house Chianti is superb, and very inexpensive at $14/bottle. The restaurant is more elegant and much larger than its previous location, but still has a very long wait. The dinner crowd arrives around 3:30 p.m. and does not clear out until after 8:00 p.m, so I suggest going for a late meal. However, it is always worth the wait!
Pros: Delicious, Affordable, Friendly
Cons: Long wait
