From the get-go, this company was extremely difficult to deal with. In booking the cars for a recent wedding, the customer service reps were confused, uninformative, rude, and unhelpful. Moreover, they have now completely messed up the billing for the wedding and the CFO of the company refuses to return any phone calls or emails. The company accounting person recognized their mistakes, but was unable to remedy the situation on her own. I would avoid working with A1 Limo. Very unsatisfactory experience.
