A bit more than 6 months ago they installed a remote start alarm system on my car and replace the film on 1 window, the work was good and I was very happy with the service. Last week my car broke down and the dealership did something to the alarm somehow that made it stop working. I took the car back to them yesterday and explained the situation (alternator broke, car towed back to dealership, they did something, now alarm does not work). They were very receptive at the counter, took the car in right away, 20 min. later one of the techs came to me and explained that whoever worked on the car had bypass the alarm, probably to test the vehicle but did not re installed some components needed for the remote start. He asked me for permision to reconnect the alarm and 15 min. after they were giving me the keys of the car for me to test everything... it worked fine again, flawless. I asked how much I owed them since the problem was caused by a third party and it was not their fault, they said ""Nothing at all, don't worry, just tell your friends about Us..."" I asked again and got the same answer. I am very happy with the way the take care of people. I will not try any other place.\r

I've had my car for a bit over 4 years and had it tinted in Austin when it was new. The driverside rear window film was separating from the glass. I had a 3M LifeTime Warranty from the place I had it done and after searching for another shop to take it to I found them here. After inspecting the car they called I guess the 3M office or so and went ahead and replace the film that was bad. I had an alarm installed by them at the same time with remote start and worked great as well. I think they are reliable and can be trusted with your car. I was there for a few hours while everything was installed and everything. :)
