I never considered myself spoiled when I lived in an apartment building that had dryers that could dry clothes on one paid cycle. The only good thing I can say about living here is the floorplans are good. The dryers don't work, my neighbors are loud (I've even called the police twice), the snow doesn't get shoveled from all the walkways and the hallways smell funny.
Pros: good floorplans, reserved parking, friendly site manager
Cons: poor laundry facility, loud neighbors, ineffective site mgmt
