I dine at a number of restaurants on a regular basis, and PF Change does something horrible that no other restaurant does: they *always* make you wait for a table even though you have reservations.
Last Friday, we had reservations for 8pm. We arrived at 7:55p and were handed a pager. At 8:15p I asked what the deal was. They said they would seat us ""any minute"". Finally, at 8:25p we were seated. 10 minutes later our server finally showed up. Every time I've gone there, it's been the same story, so obviously they don't plan to respect their reservations.
I won't go back, I like their food, but the service is annoying.
