Young inexperienced waitstaff was fine; sushi chef and owner sitting at bar was not. 25 minutes at sushi bar with no service was a sign of what to expect. I've been to to a lot of these places north of the City with the same experience. Perhaps just another purveyor trying to cash in on a fad in Seattle. Save your experience for a real Janpese owned establishment.
