I went in to Nook because I live nearby and I read the reviews here. Although I enjoyed my Au Lait and fancy bagel for almost $10 (yikes), I found the service to be unfriendly, and I felt like I was bothering the Barista. C'mon, if you don't like your job, at least ""act"" like you do. I was treating myself to spend so much, and it was good, but good customer service is very important. I will go back in the evening to try again, based on the reviews here.
