We're huge fans of Italian food and were eager to eat at Carino's. However, when we were served our first dinnerware with salad, both the small plates and salad plates were covered in greasy fingerprints. Upon further inspection, so were the glasses and plates. When we asked if we could get clean plates, the manager scorned us and told us the dishwasher didn't work too well. That was it, no offer to get clean plates, etc. We got up and left and have heard many similar stories since. We have never been back.
