Big Bear Natural Foods is one of the best health food stores I've ever been in and I've been in plenty from coast to coast during the last thrity years. The woman who founded the store is well informed about every aspect of healthy living. She is a very spiritual person and I always enjoy talking to her. Her son who now operates the store is a body builder who has expertise in supplementation. He gave me some good, no nonsense advice regarding my development potential. There is a vast array of bulk foods and every possible vitamin and mineral supplement plus an astounding display of body building nutrition products. I went there for several years before I relocated and never came away disappointed. The owners take a very good operation and push it up to great with their personalities and knowledge!
