On 11/16/05, I left a message with the administrator of the practice on a previous voice message for a prescription refill. She called me at 4:30 pm and said that I called the wrong line for a prescription and spoke non-stop and would not give me a chance to tell her why I called her line. When she finished, I asked her if she would listen to my explanation and she said that she didn't have time as she was in the midst of a meeting. I told her never mind. Shortly afterward, Marjorie, a refreshingly nice staff of the practice, called to apologize and took my prescription info and assured me that she would take care of it. I told Marjorie that CitySearch already had negative feedback on the staff of the practice and that they should take this into account.
