Cossetta's pizza, although a different style than the pizza served at Red's Savoy Inn, is excellent with a far superior hand-thrown crust. I would rank Cossetta's pizza above Red's Savoy Inn, as it more closely emulates classic Boston and New York style pizza. While the place can get quite busy and crowded at times, the help is generally friendly and courteous, which is more than I can say for the crude and rude service featured at its nearby competitor, Red's. Cossetta's also serves up some excellent made-on-the-spot salads and a well-stocked Italian deli. Cossetta's is the best in the Twin Cities.
