This store is disorganized. I have asked to rent videos which show up as checked in on their computer but are nowhere to be found in the store. Their lack of inventory skills must have something to do with constantly being under-staffed. Their DVD selection is below average, and they don't replace damaged DVDs. I guess I'll need to find another place to rent from.
