Blueprint customer service is abhorrent. They will say or do anything to make the initial sale but will ignore, lie and disregard your needs post-sale. They completely overstate the amount of time it will take to deliver your furniture with reckless disregard for the truth about what is in stock or how long you will be backordered. It's bad enough to have your chain pulled but they add insult to injury by being ridiculously condescending even to the most weathered of LA consumers. You will end up paying twice as much in pain and despair for the cheap knock-off furniture they hock.
