The appetizers are creative and colorful. The drink menu had a great unique selection (vanilla lemon drop!). After having some hush puppies and oysters, I was certain that Alexandria's may be replaced for our favorite cajun in Seattle.
Then dinner came... such a let down. It's not that it was bad, but it certainly paled in comparison to the appetizers and drinks. The 4 of us tried 3 dishes. I had the beef tenderloin, which i would suggest but the blue cheese au gratin potatoes were tasteless. My buddy had the ribs, which had little meat but he liked the sauce. The ladies had the flash fried catfish, which was the best of the meals but still nothing to write home about.
Service was not only prompt but incredibly pleasant. I'll probably go back and try lunch, the staff alone have inspired me to try it again.
Pros: Great drink menu, Original tasty apps, Outstanding service
Cons: Bland main course
