I've done business with Mark's Garden for several years now. For the first few, they did a really great job. The flowers were always fresh, the arrangements were tasteful and artistic, and they had some customer service. Recently, many of the arrangements I've sent have been dead within two days, which never used to happen. That doesn't bother me that much. Their customer service is atrocious. Apparently, putting customers on hold for ten minutes at a time and then cutting them off is acceptable. Or, answering the phone and interrupting a customer mid-sentence to do so is as well. Luckily, after Mark's Garden raised the bar from the typical FTD store many other shops have followed and will be receiving my business in the future.
Pros: Nice Flowers, Nice Arrangements
Cons: Rude Customer Service, Arrogance, Long Hold Times
