I was extremely impressed by the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Lonny Johnson examined the pressure points on the soles of my feet and suggested an off-the-shelf orthotic device that almost immediately eliminated my foot pain. Eric Arnold in the New Balance Shop was very attentive and helpful as I selected a new pair of walking shoes. The whole experience was very pleasant, the selection outstanding, and my feet feel GREAT!
