The interior is beautiful and West MI is glad to have a full service salon that is dependable, I guess I only gave them 3 stars because I have been slightly disappointed w/ some of their service and therefore cannot give them a very good/ 4 star rating. I've gotten facials, massage and have also purchased their makeup... I've been happy w/ the service but just not delighted. They never went above and beyond and I often felt hearded through the door. Admitedly, I'm hard to please.
