Like Balthazar in NYC or Campagnile in LA. Pascal's team are as good as it gets for great relaxing big space nouvelle French restaurants. Ingredients are A+++, execution is precise and consistent, waitstaff are tops, prices reasonable, Its French Bistro modern so don't expect heavy or fattening sauces. For a 3 week old restaurant, the food is already 97% worked out which is remarkable. I'd like to hear live jazz trios in the Bar Lounge and that would be icing on the cake.
