Upon moving back into town, I called up Time Warner for service. They arrived the very next day which was great, but like any other company that comes to your home, that window of time between 7am and 10am was a bit aggravating. They tell you they will arrive within 3 hour span yet get there 5 minutes before 10! This was annoying because we were not moved in yet and I had to wait for them in a house with no furniture (or TV!).
I was not told upfront that I had to pay the first month at time of connection, and I did not have the cash with me or my checkbook....Thankfully the technician allowed me to pay in the office later that day.
Our service so far has been great. We also have Road Runner internet service through Time Warner so we are able to save money with them combined. Even more money could be saved if we could have also received the digial phone, but unfortunately CTC has a monopoly of the phone service in this area...
