It sounds like a strange combination, but it works very well.
They bake their own rolls for the sandwiches they serve. It doesn't get any fresher than that!
The menu has everything from soup and sandwiches to steaks and seafood.
The bakery area has fresh Sheboygan hardrolls as well as turnovers and pecan rolls, and cheesecake.
My favorite is the fleishbrok a traditional German bread pocket stuffed with ground meat and cabbage.
