We took our van to Pacific Motor Inc. after we were involved in a bad accident. We were instantly impressed by their professionalism and genuine concern for our situation. They were able to get us in the day we called! And they guarantee their work for life!
Upon our arrival, the owner actually met us as the front desk and then did the initial estimate himself. They did a more detailed estimate over the weekend, (we dropped it off Friday evening) and got back to us on Monday.
The front office staff was friendly and very helpful., they answered questions about the insurance process, and gave us some very useful information.
Overall we were very impressed with Pacific motors service and would highly recommend them to anybody and wouldnt hesitate to use them again.
