Hunter Woods apartments are located near the Lapeer Community Center and Lapeer East High School. The location is excellent, which must be why they have such high rent. The space needs much updating, and the hallways to the apartments are dark and smelly. Most carpet is very old and in need of replacement. There are other places in Lapeer of better quality with lower rent.
