My first and only experience with Lisle Violin Shop was when I had to take my daughter's viola to them for several new strings. Unfortunately, the guy strung my daughter's viola like a violin, so her music teacher at school had to restring her instrument with the correct strings, which luckily he had on hand. I would return one more time just to give this shop another try, but I will definitely tell them to pay attention to the instrument they are stringing!! I gave them a satisfactory rating just because their location and hours were convenient to me, but if they screw up again, I'll update my rating to reflect it.
