First of all, the service has always been really great. Super friendly people. But I agree with another reviewer about the lack of creativity. I don't think the menu options are that special. Yeah, you have a choice between 4 types of tortillas, and it's cool that you don't have to wonder about whether the beans and rice are vegetarian (they are). But the fillings are nothing to brag about- e.g. the guacamole is made from a pre-mashed avocado mix, not fresh. Totally fresh guacamole is key. If anyone has ever been to a Burritoville in NYC, they'd probably agree that Freebirds doesn't even come close. But overall, it's a good place for vegans and carnivores alike. You definitely get a lot of food, and like I said, the servers have always been super nice. Also, if you go at off-peak hours, seating is no problem.
Pros: great service, customized food, veg-friendly
Cons: not enough options
