Awful experience. We had frequented Santa Fe as the food and atmosphere were decent, even though the service always suffered (over hour wait to order and another to recieve it). On this particular occasion (my birthday), our reservations were lost, and the response was that they were never made. We overlooked this to enjoy our evening. As usual, the wait to even receive our menus was long. At the end of the meal, it was billed incorrectly and the waitress's and the managers response was not forthcoming and aggressive. The amount was paid and settled. THE MANAGER's response to the dispute after it was settled was running down the street to throw the disputed amount in change at our group. Stating, ""here is your money!"" Please do not support a restaurant that allows a manager or wait staff to become aggressive with their customers.
