My husband and I ate at Greens tonight for our anniversary. We like the idea of eating at an upscale vegetarian restaurant, but we were dissapointed by the mediocre service and lackluster food. For the price on the menu, we expected much more.
The bus staff kept our water glasses full but failed to notice missing silverware. The waiter had good wine recommendations but (oops!) delivered the wine after the food.
The flavor combinations were wonderful, but my meal was slightly undercooked in every respect. The dessert was very good but served at the wrong tempurature (cold bread pudding?). These missing details take away from the experience and leave you feeling gouged.
