Hoffman's used to be the best bakery on the Eastside until the changes in management. While the cakes are still good, the service is beyond horrible. I refuse to go in any more because I am so angry by the time I leave. It is honestly better to just avoid the place, which is a shame. I ordered several cakes for my daughter's first birthday party and the princess torte had a huge gash in the side. When I asked if it could be repaired, the lady behind the counter pretended like she didn't see it. It was the size of the Grand Canyon. This is the same lady who is rude every time I enter, so I'm done with the joint (as are all my friends and co-workers). I'll find another bakery that appreciates my business.
