Edible Art of Charlotte is definitely the place for your special occasions cakes! Homemade, made from scratch pound cakes and real buttercream icing, they are truly works of art- need I say more?? The staff at Edible Art was so patient and helpful in helping my daughter create her dream wedding cake. It looked awesome and tasted even better. We have tiers of lemon, orange, almond and spice - perfect for an October wedding. The groom's cake was awesome as well. It was a perfect 3 dimensional replicate of Neyland Stadium! The groom was floored when he saw it. We only had a small piece of one tier to take home. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful !
