to share my experience for public interest, i spent more than $2,000 to fix my car. they did not give me any estimate, and when i later requested a copy of order sheet, they refused to give it to me. i don't know what kind of rights i have as a customer from these people. then, i realized that they didn't even do the job properly on the shift gear. but i had to go to them three times until they finally recognize that there is a problem with their service. i have never received any apology from them, and they were not very nice either. at that time, i also witnessed that one of the mechanics swearing at a customer in dispute over the service and service charge. it looked very unprofessional. i believe customers deserve way better treatment and way better service than that.
