We have given the Canoe Club a few chances and every time we have been disappointed, from the fake ""Alohas"" to the management staff. My husband and I were in three weeks ago and for the first time actually had a server who knew what they were doing. He looked and carried himself as if he were 30 years old, but we found out he was only 21. He provided us with one of the best dining experiences that me and my husband have had in 20 years. His maturity level and professionalism was that of what you expect in Oak Brook or Chicago. Meals are over priced, and managers don't know hospitality. They should get a clue and take notes from some of the younger people who they hired.
