I visited on a Sat evening. A group was next to us and a person had not received the appropriate food then when it came it was cold. A staff member was very inappropriate and was making all kinds of hand gestures and appeared to be speaking vehemently to the client. Our food was warm at best. The service was slow. I will choose not to return as when I observed the customer service issue and a staff member openly arguing with a client I felt that it could have been handled differently and because of that we ate our barely warm food and left. The singer was good and the ambience was fine. I was disappointed in what had been recommended to us as a very nice dining out experience.
