It seems like a really nice place, and other customers really seemed to like their facials and massages. I got a brow wax, however, and wasn't too happy with how it turned out. My brows still looked a bit messy afterwards, and the process was slow and annoying because they use a waxing method without muslin strips - they just let the wax harden and peel it off that way. I'd check out some other places if you're looking for a good facial wax.
