The patio appears that it would be charming in the summer.
I went there for dinner, started with the calamari tempura -- and the evening was off to a bad start. The calamari was so heavily battered, that often times you wouldn't even get any squid in a bite -- some of the items on the plate were just fried batter, without the calamari. Next up for an entree, I had the special of the day, which was billed as Ahi Tuna, served over a potato mash. Unfortuntely, it was NOT ahi tuna, but Yellowfin, and it was cooked so thoroughly, that it was quite tough. The mashed potatoes were quite plain and boring -- this was quite the worst meal I've ever had in PDX - where the food is always top notch.
