I had an appointment with the main salon, which I made over 1 month prior to the date. The salon was unable to take me in, even though I was only going to be 15 minutes. They allotted only 1 hr. for a updo for a formal event, even though I had previously informed them that I had long hair and would need 2 hours. Furthermore, the ""girls"" there were indifferent to my situation and cared less about getting me in to get my hair done. If you want to get pampered and feel like you're getting your money's worth, spend it in a place where there are professionals.
