Steaks are excellent and on par with the Met, Daniel's Broiler, etc., while pricing is closer to the Keg or Outback. Shredded cheddar and garlic mashed potatoes are awesome. Negative reviews regarding wait time are accurate - most evenings the wait is over an hour if you arrive after 6:30, and they don't take reservations. But that's what happens when a locally owned steak house gets this kind of reputation! Here's the secret: put your name on the list and then walk across the street to the library or down to the salmon hatchery during the summer. As for the cooking of the steak - I have consistently ordered ""well done-no pink"" and have been amazed at how juicy and tender it is with no pink. I'm convinced that the people who complained did not accurately describe how their steaks should be cooked.
