Your dining experience will depend on two things, and they matter. First is the weather. Do not go when the forecast is bad, otherwise, the view is the best I've seen since the World Trade Center when it was still standing (and I've been to many tall buildings). Second, know what to order. We had the Simi wine and the Linguine & gulf shrimp and the chicken. All excellent. But I've heard that other dishes are not so good. Pricey, but you are basically paying a premium for the view.
Pros: View, Ambience
