I stopped by Watercourse for lunch when I was in town and loved the food so much I've vowed to make it a regular stop when I'm in Denver. I cozied up to the bar and had excellent service. The iced tea is spectacular. I had the Dona Lee, subbing miso tahini sauce for the ranch, and ordered an apple-cinnamon-nutmeg couscous and special-of-the-day fruit salad instead of fries. They had no problem subbing my dressing or side dishes. The entire meal was not only delicious but totally original. The place is as unpretentious as it comes but still stylish and friendly. Veggies, vegans and meat-eaters will all enjoy this fantastic food.
