The menu is extremely small and the service is horrendous. After the first round of some appetizers and some rolls (which were not fresh and poorly made but what can you expect from $1/piece and $3 rolls?), we wanted to order some more but we could not find our waitress for 20 minutes. We ordered and waited for 30 minutes - and got the wrong item. The waitress apologized and offered to pay for the mistake but I felt bad so I just took the wrong item and asked for the check and didn't see the waitress again for a long time. It was just so frustrating waiting around and asking repeatedly for such routine things (refills, asking for the check). I'd rather to pay more at Musashino or Mikado to get good quality sushi and better service than Kyoto. Pros: cheap , nice hostess Cons: , bad service, parking more
