First and foremost, the steaks are good (especially for the price) and the servers are attentive. The steaks at this restaurant come completely unseasoned (nothing on them at all). The side dishes, salads, soups, and deserts are passable. I had the culotte, which was a very large, thick cut of top sirloin and it was excellent. My girlfriend had the london broil, which was some of the finest I've ever had.
The good steaks are really brought down by the crowd and ambience. I expected something a little more upscale for a mahagony paneled steak restaurant. When we were there there were people wearing baseball caps, athletic shorts, and track pants. The crowd was loud and everyone was watching a football game on the TV. If I want a sports bar I'll go elsewhere. I like to enjoy a nice steak in peace.
Pros: Value, Meat isn't a la carte
Cons: , Ambience
