If you are looking for a romantic dinner, Farallon is not the place. Though the place is beautiful, we could barely hear each other across the table! Not quite the close, romantic dining I had hoped for. The food was extremely overpriced, and the menu was far too limited. The oysters were good, the appetizers were average, the entrée was sub-par, the service was friendly, but a bit slow. The desserts were great. For the price, I would have hoped for a much higher quality and taste. My entire meal tasted like anchovies, an addition which was not even listed on the menu!
