I have been shopping at the S. Lamar store for years for all my hair/skin care. I plan to do my shopping elsewhere. I stopped in to pick up products and the ""girls"" were too busy chatting to help me out until I asked. When they finally did help she put the wrong product in my bag...I didn't find this out until 2 weeks later; I finished my product and went to get my new product. I called and said I didn't have the receipt but I did have my bank statement and I did not open or use the product. She would not let me finish one sentence. She was so rude and hung up before I could get her name.
They must not need or want my business. My business for Glomineral makeup and all haircare will now be with other stores in Austin or the internet.
