We had a nice and enjoyable dinner at Sage. We had three appetizer dishes: shrimp tower, clam in white wine, and Bruschetta. The shrimp and clam were fresh and had lots of garlic! We also ordered the Wifes Favorite, Spicy Pork chop, Halibut (special of the night), and Veal. All of them were great. The dessert sampler consisted of tiramisu, lemon cheesecake, and chocolate truffle cake. Dont forget to save room for the dessert sampler.
