Salesperson (Chad) was helped me select a futon that would meet several criteria (size, sturdiness, comfort, low cost), without being pushy. He also gracefully handled a last-minute delivery request. Products appear to be high-quality (most have lifetime warranty) and the selection is large. I chose an innerspring futon, and my kiddo now has a cushy comfy couch/bed that's the envy of his pals and looks stylish enough to satisfy mom. Two thumbs up!
