Being a true cajun, I'm picky...but the shrimp here are very strange. Extremely pale, and virtually no flavor, almost like they came from China or something. The lima beans with sausage are very good. Gumbo is passable considering this place is in the heart of ""chicken-fried steak land"". The crawfish, when in season, are quite tasty, and worth the $$ if you're a junkie, like me. Service is always outstanding.
