I recently conducted a ""taste test"" between Pat's and Geno's. Pat's is easily the winner. Pat's shreads its steak vs. Geno's steak slices. Pat's onions are more fully cooked and smaller pieces than Geno's. Most importantly, Pat's is clearly more well seasoned than Geno's, and uses a better tasting role. Pat's is not the best in Philly, but its better than Geno's.
