From the outside Rae's looks a bit run-down and the inside.... well, it's a bit run-down too. However, I enjoyed my breakfast here. It was soon evident that Rae's is the kind of place that attracts a regular following. This was evidenced by the waiters and waitresses calling many customers by name. The food was good, but not exceptional. But they really made up for that by giving you a lot of food for your dollar. Good overall diner, but the service was a bit slow.
Pros: Big Portions, Cheap eats.
Cons: , Slow service
