I went into Equinox expecting the usual treatment Ive received at other gyms, but that was not the case at all. I had the pleasure of getting the grand tour by Tiffany, who made me feel like she was a new friend showing me around her favorite place. I never felt like I was being sold. I was given a welcome packet upon joining, Tiffany even sent me a nice card a week later. Shes given me guest passes for friends of mine and even follows up on how my training is going ! In just these 2 months I have already seen a change in my body ! If youre thinking about joining a gym in West Hollywood, go to Equinoxand ask for Tiffany.
